B - CADET

No mirrors, no radios, or communication equipment allowed at any time except for RACEceiver.
Body

1. Stock appearing body.  May be aluminum or steel.

2. Aftermarket rear bumper cover acceptable.  100 lb weight penalty added if back of body not closed in including the 602 Full Jig Chassis.

3. Aftermarket nose cover acceptable.

4. Rear quarters must be above the centerline of the rear end and must end at the bottom of the rear bumper cover.

5. Spoilers may have a maximum size of 8” height, by 65” width. Note: Gurney Flaps or Curls are allowed along the upper edge of the spoiler, but their length will be included in all measurements, Spoilers will be measured according to total length of and width of material, in any shape. A 72" wide spoiler MUST be 6" in height.

6. Three spoiler braces allowed, braces must be triangular in shape, maximum height of 8” inches and maximum length of 18” inches at base.

Frame and rails
1. Must have stock OEM snout body does not have to match frame.
2. Frame rails may be replaced from snout to rear of the car with 2x2 tubing or 2" round tubing.
3. Minimum wheel base 103".
Front suspension and steering
1. Any upper control arm permitted.
2. Unaltered lower control arm for make and model required.
3. Any spindle permitted.
4. Must run 5" springs in stock location.
5. Weight jacks permitted.
6. OEM steering boxes only must match frame. If rack and pinion used must add additional 75lbs. between center of right ball joint and tip of right bumper.
7. Any center link and tire rod permitted.
8. Any shock permitted. 1 shock per wheel.
9. NO Canister Shocks.
Rear suspension
1. Any rear suspension allowed. 4 links with floating birdcage must add 100 lbs.
2. NO Canister Shocks. 
Rear End
1. Any rear end allowed. Quick change must add 100 lbs.
Wheels
1. Any steel or aluminum 14" maximum width. Aluminum wheels must add 50 lbs. Bead Locks permitted.
Tires:
1. Hoosier D21, D55, 1350, and 1600.
2. Grooving and siping allowed.
Brakes
1. No carbon fiber or aluminum rotors allowed.
2. Any caliper permitted.
Exhaust
1. Collector type headers only.
2. Mufflers required. Must register under 100 decibels at 100ft.
Transmission
1. All transmissions must have at least one forward and one reverse gear with a releasable clutch. No end and out boxes.
Engine Setback
1. Most forward spark plug must be no more than 1" behind ball joint.
2. Must have original cross member in original position.
3. Drive line must be in center line of car.
Engine
1. Cast iron V8 block only.
2. Maximum cylinder bore 4.060
3. Any main cap permitted.
4. May surface deck of block.
5. Piston can extend past deck of block 010.
Crank
1. Any cast or steel crank.
2. Must be standard production for engine.

3. No knife edging crank.
4. No turning down counter weights or drilling crank pins.
5. May balance engine.
Rods
1. Steel rods only.
Pistons
1. Flat top pistons only.
Cam
1. Any flat tappet cam permitted.
Lifters
1. No roller or mushroom lifters.
2. Lifter must be OEM diameter for engine

Timing Chain
1. Any chain and gears no gear or belt drives.
Heads
1. Cast iron heads only must have casting numbers.
2. May surface heads.
3. No CC limit.
4. Steel or stainless steel valves only.
5. Maximum size for Chevrolet. Intake 2.020 Exhaust 1.60
6. Valve size for Ford and Chrysler must remain stock.
7. Steel retainers only.
8. Guide plate and screw in studs permitted.
9. No after market shaft or pedestal mount rockers allowed.
10. Racing valve job permitted machine cut only.
11. No porting or polishing. 
12. NO Angle Plug Heads.
Oil System
1. Wet sump oil pump in pan system only.
2. Remote filter and oil cooler permitted.
Fuel Pump
1. Block mounted mechanical pump only.
Intake
1. Any single 4 barrel intake no porting or polishing.
2. Any carburetor spacer permitted.
Carburetor
1. Holley 750 CFM ONLY. ALL Holley 750 cfm carbs including the HOLLEY 3310 750cfm are LEGAL per Rule #1!
2. No porting or polishing.

Distributor
1. OEM factory HEI, OEM factory single point distributor, or MSD Distributor and MSD Ignition Box Allowed. 

2. After-market coil and module will be allowed as long they are stock appearing and mount in stock location with no modifications.
3. Advance kits permitted.
4. No ignition booster or amplifier to ignition.
5. No dry cell battery pack to ignition.
6. Alternator, if used must be wired to battery no loop system wiring to distributor.
Weight
1. 2600 lbs with 9” Ford, 3 bars, and aftermarket bumper cover.

2. 2700 lbs with quick change, 3 bar, and aftermarket bumper cover.

3. 2700 lbs with floater, 4 bar, and aftermarket bumper cover.

4. 2850 lbs with quick change, 4 bar, and aftermarket bumper cover.

5. No burn off allowed at any time.

6. Weight must be posted on left side.

7. Track reserves the right to adjust weight in the interest of competition.


FULL JIG B - CADET 
Full Jig Frames may compete in the B- Cadet Division on a weekly basis, under the below engine and chassis package ONLY.

 

WEIGHT:
A. 2700lb with driver.  NOTE:  Weight may be adjusted as season progresses in the interest of fair competition to everyone.
B. All cars must have weight posted on right side of roof.
ENGINE:
A. ONLY standard factory 602 GM sealed Crate Engines, Engines must have original seals or GM seal bolts, or Crate USA seals to be eligible for competition.  Engines must comply with GM build and rebuild specifications. 
CARBURETOR:
A. One dual line Holley 650 CFM maximum.

B. 1” Carburetor Spacer ONLY, allowed with this chassis package.

C. No Porting or Polishing of Carburetor, Checked with GO-NO GO gauges.

IGNITION SYSTEM:
A. Stock type HEI distributor that comes with 602 ONLY.  Aftermarket modules or coils are OK as long as they fit in the stock location.
B. NO magnetos, NO 6AL or 6A type ignition boxes.
